Incredibly Lifelike Steve Jobs Action Figure Due in Feb.
Published January 03, 2012 | FoxNews.com
Here’s one more thing. An unauthorized replica of the late Apple founder Steve Jobs is planned by Chinese company InIcons, an eerily lifelike collectible that includes his signature black turtleneck, rimless glasses, and jeans. The foot-tall action figure will also come with a stool and a backdrop that reads “One More Thing…” -- a reference to the trademark phrase Jobs used to unveil his latest gadget at the carefully orchestrated press events where he debuted the Macintosh computer, the iPhone, the iPad and other "insanely great" products. |

For those who really want to worship this man, now you have something to venerate.

Idolatry is still alive in commercial way, just like in ancient times!Soon a lot of others, known people, will join him and new doll's collection of famous will rise! This is only way, ninja turtles&Dino,to be put in the shadow out of popularity. P.S.Jobs did a lot off, from nothing.Respect his work more, than his idol.

**UPDATE** Steve Jobs action figure pulled from market
Published January 17, 2012 | Associated Press
SAN JOSE, Calif. – The company that began advertising for an incredibly lifelike Steve Jobs doll won't sell the figurines after all because of pressure from family and Apple lawyers. In Icons had planned to offer the 1-foot-tall, lifelike figure dressed in Jobs' trademark black mock turtleneck, rimless glasses and jeans. But the San Jose Mercury News reports the company posted a statement on its website Sunday saying it had received "immense pressure" to drop the plan and made the decision out of its "heartfelt sensitivity to the feelings of the Jobs family." |

I agree he gets way too much credit for his role with Apple. He's merely the face of the franchise and it is really scary how some place him as some kind of great, altruistic visionary.

I think initially it scares the company's hard core members, but overall, I don't think one person out of a thousand thinks about Jobs when they're buying the product. People have short term memories and all they really care about is what's the next gizmo from Apple.

Yes I suppose there will still be the same sad people queuing up outside the glass temple to make their offerings to worship the Giant Apple.
