Well, there's Polybius, which was given to you.  You can take a look at Livy.  Livy wrote after the wars, Polybius wrote during the latter years of the wars.  Eh, Zonoras, although Byzantine, wrote about the wars, and is still pretty old to be considered a good source for primary material.  Appian wrote about the Punic Wars, but only fragments survive - you can find them on various websites if you search google.  Those are the only major ones I own, or remember.
