PHPBB turns out to be not the greatest in the adding of partner sites...I downloaded a mod for an announcements box, but I have no clue how to install it..or rather, I'm lazy (which means it'll take me a week to a month to do)... however, I do have All Empires added to http://www.modernwarstudies.net which will become a fairly productive site, directly in relation to the forums.  Soon enough it'll look better.  But I shall quote myself again:
