Germany really deserved to be defeated, all statistics show it.

Germany did get shut down by Spain, however, the statistics did not show that Germany "deserved to get beaten", on the contrary, the statistics show that it was going to be a close game.
I dont think anyone thought that Germany would get beaten as badly as they did. The odds werent even that different, one gambling site had the odds at +155 for a Spanish victory and +165 for a German victory and +230 for a tie.

Actually I did find Spain better and thought that Spain will win. However one must notice that Germany's defence was excellent but in the same time positional attacks conducted by Spaniards were brillant.
Anyway, the final Holland - Spain will be much better than would be Holland - Germany.

For me statistics show that Spain was better, but you TGS probably read it in different way than most of people:
Statistics Germany Spain
Shots 5 13
Shots on goal 2 5
Goals Scored 0 1

What? I clearly said that Spain dominated Germany. The statistics I was referring to were not that one games stats, I was referring to the teams as a whole, sorry for the confusion.

Like I said, I wasnt being clear, I did not mean the statistics of that one particular game, I meant overall statistics. Germany is one of the most consistent soccer teams in the world.
Going into the game, Germany did have a very good chance of winning. Like I showed previously, the gambling odds were almost the same.

Spain won. As I said. It was a great game. Not too many goals = more exciting. Maybe not so fun but it was a great game whatever.

I didnt like the final game. and I dont remember the final with 15 yellow cards and 1 red card. The Dutch team dissapointed me while the Spanianiards played on very high level - as usually since the time they became Champions of Europe.

The Dutch seemed to believe they could not play fair and win. Fortunately they couldn't win by playing dirty either. Well done Spain, the best team in the finals won.

I thought it was a terrific game and I'm glad it did not go into PK's.

Being totally outside of this kids game, I did notice that the "ORANGE!", lost!
Just why were they wearing "Orange?"
