That link is really interesting, these two sites are almost near each other, I think Sex-worship has a very long history in the north east of Iran, I had posted something about Phallicism and Phallic Worship some years ago here: http://www.allempires.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=1786
 
 
 
 
I had mentioned somewhere about a possible relation between them and Greek Ionic columns.
