Which major culture/religion (e.g. Hellenism, Islam, etc.) had the greatest impact (of any kind)?

I believe Hellenism had the most impact upon history.

Mainly, because of what first made it appear (Alexander the Great and his little conquering shenanigans) and that the many cultures that were influenced by his campaigns gained the architectural and philosophical ideals.
Anyone who has ever looked into the glazed eyes of a soldier dying on the battlefield will think hard before starting a war.
