An Ossetian song: http://www.iriston.ru/docs/Dzhigkaev/a.dzhigkaev_-_zhurut_ironau.mp3

Does it sound similar to Persian or other Iranian languages? I believe it is similar to Manichean language, what do you think?

Well the consonants and the vowel pronunciations sound more like Western or Northern Iranian.  But I guess the construct of the language (if Im not mistaken) is Eastern Iranian.

Its very unique among the Iranian languages in my opinion.
