I've been developing an interest in philosophy of mind lately, and I'm having trouble finding a good book on it. I always have this problem when I want to learn something foreign to me, so your suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This topic can turn into a debate too. Thank you.

I'm interested in philosophy of mind. Perhaps something related to consciousness.

For consciousness, the "Emperor's New Mind" by Roger Penrose, is an excelent book on the topic, perhaps a classic, although a little bit hard on math.

The Prince is decent. Communist Manifesto is a classic, The Spirit Catches you and you fall down is pretty good too...

Could try Foucalt's Disipline and Punish for some more modern on consciousness.
