I had to play those ghastly instruments from about year 4 to 7, after that I threw it away and have not touched one to my lips since.

for an instrument with few job opportunities its certainly spanned the earth,
I very much like the current crop of bands we got, plus stateside things are good too, razorlight, kaizercheifs etc.
Oasis is my all time faves and the manchester scene of the late eighties early ninetees.
Rap isnt my thing, but i think its improved for the better, im firmly in the pop should die burnt charred and lonely camp.

Jazz and classical. Also I like dabbling with ethnic musics from around the world, especially Indian if I only had the ear and training to fully follow it.

Well, metal, in particular classic, power/speed/thrash, progressive. Also classic rock and blues. And classical of course.

Obviously old heavy metal, and some hard rock, I violently dislike pop and rap and things like that, gives me headache :s

Minimal electronica, it's like classical with a twist. And classical, some rock, some pop, a little folk, and a small dash of everything else, depending on the song.

Metal is my favorite, but I like everything but country. I like all metal!

hey.. i had to learned it when i was in standard 4 to standard 6.. I do not particularly like a specific kind of music.. anything will do as long as it is nice to listen to.. but when i think back most of the music/songs i like.. is pop.. so i select pop.. fair enough i think..
