Babur = Tiger
Humayun = Auspicious
Akbar = Great (Arabic)
Jehangir = World Conqueror
Shah Jehan = King of the World
Aurangzeb = Throne's Ornament

What about Darius and Xerxes? Do their names mean anything? I know they are greek translations.

Darayavau(Darius) = Darayh(Possessor) & Vau(Goodness)
Xshayarsha(Xerxes) = Xshaya(King) & Arsha(Brave)

Bilge Khan= Wise ruler.

Alp Arslan: brave, courageous lion.

Kl Arslan: Sword Lion

Tughrul Begh: white falcon.

Chagri (Chakir) Begh: Blue eyed man. 

Kutalmish: Owns holy power.

Selchuk: A man gifted with beautiful speaking ability.

Attila: Not sure, but probably "atl han" and great, famous, which means the horseman han in Turkish.

Dengizik (Tenghiz-Deniz) the Hun: Sea, blue eyed person. 

Toktamish Khan: A person who is calm, who found his home, quiet.

Kutalmishoglu Suleyman Shah: son of Kutalmish, Solomon ( ease in Hebrew, also a prophet ) the ruler.

Alp Tigin(Tekin): Courageous, unique ruler, who doesnt have badness inside.

Alp Er Tunga (Afrasyab): Brave and honorable male tiger.

Atsiz the Khwarezmian: Horseles ( At=horse ) from Khwarezm.

Ertughrul Begh: Male white falcon.

Atabegh Zangi: Ata (Father), Begh (Head, chief), not sure about "Zangi"

Orkhan Gazi: The great ruler of a city.

Osman (othman) Gazi: Kind of hunter bird or dragon, powerful.

Timur/Tamerlane (Timur-Mongolian, Temir-Turkish): Iron, strong.

Fatih Sultan Mehmet: Fatih=Conquerer Sultan Mohammad( Mehmet in Turkish)

Yldrm Bayezit: Yldrm=thunderbolt (in Turkish)

Well, some of the viking kings had funny names.

Harald Hrfagre - Harold Fairhair, legend has it, that this man vowed not to cut his hair untill he had unified all of Norway under his rule. Which took six years, from 866 to 872, when he finally cut it
Erik Blodks - Eric Bloodaxe, killed most of his brothers to get to be king
Hkon Herdebrei - Hkon Wideshoulders, known for being large and strong
Harald Hardrde - Harold Hardreign, wasn't very popular. Tried to invade england in 1066..
Loke, Attila, the grete conqueror,
Deyde in his sleep, with shame and dishonour,
Bleedinge ay at the nose in dronkenesse,
A captayin shoulde live in sobrenesse

Some Swedish/Scandinavian king's names:

Erik = sole ruler

Karl = man

Magnus = The great (latin)

Gustav = unknown, perhaps "Staff of the Goths"

Olof = forefather-heir (weird)

King Istvan I (Stephen) of Hungary reigned 1000 to 1038.    
The meaning of Istvan is "garland, crown".       

King Béla I of Hungary reigned 1060 to 1063.     
In Hungarian the meaning of the name Béla is: Nickname for Albert, "noble".

There were eighteen French Kings named Louis, beginning with the Carolingian Empire with King Louis I from 814 to 840.     
In French the meaning of the name Louis is: "Famous warrior".
