What are the total number of active posters as opposed to the total number of "visits"?  I'm seeing only the same handful of names over and over and over and over.

In the meantime, give members the ability to post a signature and avatar without needing someone's "permission".

As far as I'm aware, Mountain Man, unless the publishing of either a signature or avatar contravenes the CoC of this forum, then members are free to publish.
