I'm trying to make an accurate map of the world in 30BC (60BC-30AD) containing powers of Assyria, China, Egypt, Greece, Nubia, Persia, Rome.  I would also like to find out who was the ruler of these powers at that time and any other information I can find out about them. I've been serching the internet for about 3 hours and all I have found so far is:

Egypt - Cleopatra was ruling Egypt from 51-30BC although it was under control of Romans right?.  I have a basic idea of from where to where egypt was, but nothing even close to being exact.

Nubia - I havn't found anything on Nubia except that it was under the control of Egypt.

Greece - Was under control of Rome at this time, wasn't it still a different empire like egypt was though?  I can't find anything on Greece at this time because it was under rule of Rome.  I know it was in the hellinistic era from 330-30BC.

Rome - Mark Antony was ruling from 44-31BC and then Augustus from 31BC-14AD.  I have found it easy to find information on Rome, but finding out where its borders where in 30BC is prooving to be quite the task.

China - Yuandi from 49-32BC.  From what sorces are telling me it seems that Chinas borders then were close to what they were now.  But its just like every other Empire, I cannot find anything exact.

Persia & Assyria - Assyria was conquered by Babylonians in 612BC and Persians were conquered by Greeks in 331BC.  But they are both mentioned in the New Testement, so I don't understand how that works.

If anyone knows of good webistes to find information about any of these powers would you please post them.  Also does anyone know what I should do for the Persians, Assyrians, Greeks, and Nubians?  They were under control of other powers at this time, but I still need to know the area that they inhabited.  I cannot find a map of any power at any time, yet alone at 30BC.  If anyone can find any type of map at all for any of these powers within 100 years of 30BC I would greatly appreciate it.

The Assyrians had long lost their empire by 30 B.C.  Did you mean to say the Parthians?

For king lists, I normally go here:
