Why are Africa, SE Asia, Americas, and India all in one section?  They should all have their own.

Why? There isn't enough conversation about those topics to justify it, we would just end up with a few half-empty fora.

But there are plans to fix that. India and SE Asia will probably go in the Asian forum, and the other two, probably their own forum each.

...I don't know I just happen to be interested in African civs, especially the west African ones and the fact that all those totally unrelated civs were lumped together kind of bothered me...

Yeah, it was pretty much a 'bits left over' forum, primarily do to a relative lack of intrest (forumer demographics being the main culprit).
