Suleyman was neither a good general nor a good patisah(Just for note, He is called as lawmaker because of his justice at turkish history not magnificient). He just inherited a rich and powerful empire.

When Fatih took istanbul, He also took leader of orthodox church(If you look ottoman balkain, It is mainly orthodox. Ottomans had great difficulty to hold catholic lands.)

Taking vienna only would reason a bigger war for rome. Without taking rome, ottomans cannot occupy europea. No matter, If they took paris, berlin and londra.

Can ottoman take rome? It had enough resource to take rome but It had a lot different enemies too. I do not think without a suicidal attack, ottomans can take rome.

Not really, the Persians were at the time just waking up to what would be 250 years of very bloody conflict over Afghanistan with the Mughals. So for once the Eastern Flank was secure. And with the fact that the Turks may have been welcomed in German places with a protestant symphaties, esp if they went against Rome. Perhaps they might notnhave been able to hold C Europe for more than a century, but the history and future of Europe would have been very different. England might have stayed out of the whole "there can be no supreme power on the continent" policy they followed from about that time till 1945, France might have abandoned its attempt to expand to its natural borders (which led to most of the wars a hundred years later). Or protestanism might have been another aberration in the history of the Church abandoned once the Turkish threat became literally "in your face".
The Germans also take vacations in Paris; especially during the periods they call "blitzkrieg".

Second siege of Vienna was 1683. Suleiman I ruled from 1520 to 1566. His siege of Vienna was in 1529.

If Suleiman has succeeded, I think he would have subjugated Austria as a principality just as previous rulers had done so with places like Wallachia. He would then have either pivoted his army south and attempted a conquest of the Italian peninsula, or would have turned his attention to the Safavids.

If Mehmed IV. had succeeded, I suspect he would split that enormous army in two, one half proceeding along the Danube to conquer or gain tribute German states like Saxony, the other half pivoting north to deal with the Poles, who were at that time percieved as the biggest threat to Ottoman interests.

Both sultans may have tried to conquer Venice, seeing as how they were so close to their naval rival. What a great siege it would be. A combined naval and land attack just like in 1453. And maybe the Spanish would intervene navally like they did in Malta, and the Poles or German states or the French may intervene by land. Who knows, but it would have been nice to return the loot the Venetians took from Constantinople in 1204.
