I don't know exact numbers, or exact population denisity, but the
largest European cities around 1200 were Constantinople, Cordoba, Paris
and Ghent IIRC.
This is a copy from my original source. They make it very clear that the figures are just esimates as there was not reliable census intill the 1700's so the authors claim them to be speculitive but not unreasonable.
