Spain has not a national symbol. When Spain was an empire a Eagle was behind of the shield, and also during Franco's dictatorship. Leon had a lion and Castile a Castle in their flags/shields. The Spanish shierld has a heritage from all territories: four rooms with chains of Navarra, the four stripped shield from Aragon, a Castle of Castile, a Lion of Leon and a grenada of Granada, and in the middle the symbol of French kings, the lys flowers.
I'm sorry but my English is not very good. I'm from Vila-real (Valencia, Spain)

Depends, but the francisque is a common symbol. You can still find it on the French passports.

Vichy took a double bladed francisque for symbol. Another symbol would be the Lorraine cross.

Or the Fleur de Lys

Turkic symbol was grey wolf(today it is only nationalists' symbol).

Its used by Gagauz Turks and Baskurts in Baskurtistan socially. The nationalists bought it back in Turkey, soon it will be reclaimed for all society this is common. The legend is also known in Iran(by the Turks) Azerbaycan, Irak, Cyprus...

Greece has a lot of symbols.I started with the  most known symbol ,the Hellenic Key , that you can find it in many Greek artifacts, jewlerly, mosaics, shields and buildings. This symbol call and as Meandros.

It is very difficult to choose one symbol to represent all the different mystery traditions of the ancient Hellenic city-states and kindgomships. Essentially there are as many traditions as there are deities and of course each have their symbolism. It became clear that we had to find a symbol that would be somewhat universal to all Hellenic traditions and at the same time, as a symbol, easily recognizeable to be Hellenic.

Below some photos that show clearly the Hellenic symbol

Philip's Ivory Shield

Mosaic from the Vergina Palace

Portugal's major symbol apart from the shield is the Cross of the Military Order of Christ:

It became famous during the age of discoveries, as it was worn on the sails of Portuguese ships:

There are still modern aplication to it in official instances - as an example, both the flag of the Isles of Madeira and of the Portuguese Footbal Federation use it:

The heraldic arms of the Dutch royal house, with the Dutch lion.

Of course, one of the best known symbols of the Netherlands is the color Orange. It is very hard to miss at any sports where Dutch are competing...
It comes from the main family name of our royal house: Orange-Nassau.

Women hold their councils of war in kitchens: the knives are there, and the cups of coffee, and the towels to dry the tears.

The sign in the middle of our flag is our symbol. The four C's are, in cyrillic, four S's which say: Samo Sloga Srbina Spasava which means Only Unity can save the Serb. It also can be found on our coat of arms, including Republika Srpska's coat of arms in BiH and the Srpska Krajina in Croatia.
