It can be just an Iranian propaganda but it is claimed that the new Iranian missile of Shahab-4 will be able to hit London!

I frankly doubt any Iranian missle can hit much more than islamabad or baghdad. Never mind Tel Aviv or london. Testing the odd rocket does not mean a deployable weapon system.

propaganda, but i would say this could be western propaganda (for fear factor) or iranian dissident groups pulling a swifty on the western media (just like Iraq) or something that includes both.

as far as i have read they are trying to make what they have already got more accurate within  a range of 1,500 to 2,000 km which BTW would be quite sufficient when finished. To have a shahab 4 (ive heard of a shahab 5 aswell) magically appear right now is a story one needs to add a pinch of salt and then some more.

Anyone can explain why the range of 4000, and 6000 km are perfect circles, while the 1000 and 1500 km range are not perfect round circles?

I'm sorry, but I still don't understand why small range ones are restricted by Iranian land positions (which is understood fully), but the longer one lose the difference gradually till it is perfect circle? Any scientific explaination? Thanks Zagros.

There is no valid reason, except that it becomes a fruitless exercise to mark out the exact contours when u consider the extent of the range.

It is not because of the curvature of earth.

somthing like that,

though the lines of the border should be less and less obvoius the further out the range is, the artist attempts to show a kink in the 4,000km line inside china.
