There is two plural form of Turk in Arabic: Atrak and Tarakema. Tarakema is referred to Turks in Arabic and Persian Texts. Even Abul Ghazi Bahador's book is called "Shajarae Tarakema" which is about Origin of Turks.

Also Tarakema is plural of Atrak which  can be called "Jameljam" means plural of plural. So Tarakema may not be a tribe name but simply refering to Turks of any tribe including Turmans.

Terekeme (its an arabic word)  is the name of a turkish tribe who settled in anatolia . They are a subdivision of the Oguz (west-turks) and are also known as karapapak
 
Terekeme are also known and refer to themselves as "Karapapak", papak (papag) is a kalpak type hat, similar to the Turkmen telpek. There name is interesting as in Oz'bekistan there are Karakalpaks, the meanings of these two names mirror each other.
 
The Karapapaks are difficult to distinguish from other Turks in the region, they are either part of the Kumyk Turks or like most of the Azeri-Turkey Turkic make-up they belong to the Oghuz Turkmen group.
 
Some Karapapaks were also deported with the Ahiska Turks.
There are also Karapapaks in Eastern Turkey, Northern Iran and Azerbaycan.
 
The Karapapak dance is amazing!
 
Turkic hats and clothings are popular in the Caucusus and Northern Iran, the Karapapak clothes are similar to those in Turkmenistan, there are also Trukhmens in the Caucusus who are Turkmens which migrated there around the 18th century later than the earlier Turkmen movements.
