Thanks everyone for the welcome, it's great to see most of the old AEers posting again
Hmm, I would surely post a smaller pic, if I find a good one...
Hey babyblue, from which era does that palace date to? Which dynasty are the armament of those soldiers belong to?

ihsan, the palace is a replica of the Qin dynasty Ah Fang palace...the whole replica is one great complex with walls surrounding it. it has appeared in several movies, most famous ones being "The Emperor and the Assassin", of which the pic is a screenshot of, and also the movie "Hero" too has several scenes shot in there. So the soldiers you see in the pic are suppose to be from the Qin dynasty. You can just see the First Emperor in the background behind the formation of soldiers.
And also i'd like to seriously recommend to you the movie "Emperor and the Assassin", it is a seriously good movie...

Kutlug you had better edit it in paint(make it smaller) and then give it to the imageshack.

I see... But those guys seemed to look like Liao Khitan soldiers to me
Ah Fang? Ah doesn't sound very Chinese-like... Is it in Ancient Chinese?

Hmm, thanks, I would watch it if I can find it
