1971-The 10th congress of  BCP(Bulgarian communist party) start a new program wich was for the "historical duty" of the party "to build and develope the socialist comunity".The program is characterised like " historycal needed stage on the way from capitalism to communism".In this period there will be " a great jump in the manifactory power" because of the use of the scientific/tech revolution.Ofcourse BCP will be the guiding power.In the program was proclaimed that "the care for the people is the main duty of the party and its policy"Also there was a directives for the 6th five years plan wich this time will be focus on the fast developing of the machinebuilding, metalurgy, energetic and chemical industries.

1961- A new declaration of the bulgarian goverment was publicated "because of the armed agression of USA agains Cuba".In it it is stated that the goverment is ready "to take, together with the other countries, the nessesary measures for the aid of Cuba, in case the agression agains her dont cease"
