Constantine XI,
The pictures of the Goannas are quite good arent they... Maybe I should become a Wildlife Photographer for National Geographic! Unfortunately my job can be best described as a Repetative Monotony! It's the Heat that can really be quite unbearable some days! Oh well... I combat this by eating lots of Ice Creams!
Dear Sir,
Thankyou for the compliment. If one may say..... I think that I am a HUNK as well! I will also inform both Cheeky and Fatso that you think they are Handsome!
Aelfgifu,
I missed you too! Gargoyle is a very busy boy these days and unfortunately I'm only back for a few days this time. I must take this opportunity to apologise to all my numerous Fans out there who just simply love Gargoyles Infinate Wisdom and Unsurpassed Knowledge. I know your lives feel incomplete without me... But fear not!... Gargoyle will return every Fortnight or so..... So stay tuned!
Leonidas,
An Engineer you say..... or... maybe just a Geek! .............

Greek Hoplite,
Yes, Leonidas is right.... they are both Goannas! What sort of Goanna I'm not sure. Cheeky is only a small one, but very naughty... Fatso, he is nearly 2 metres long... a true Monster! He really is quite scary. I have had a few staring competitions with him... and I must say that he wins every time!

Yup ...Nargile, narghiles, whichever :)...But I think other Europeans&Americans would not understand this word, they use schischa or waterpipe for nargile.

Hookah is the common word in the States. Huqqah is the Arabic form, whereas Nargileh is Persian. Apparently, in the English speaking countries Hookah stuck because they took the use of it through Indians and Pakistanis (in Urdu it's also huqqah.) I think most European countries (including Greece) call it Nargileh (or in the case of Greece, nargiles.)
