Thank you Mila for sharing your story. Unfortunately we do not build our jurisdictions and laws based on personal experiences and stories. Maybe that is why we don't have Saints in Islam. Anyhow, you said you only trust the Quran, then you might be interested reading this:

I'm not saying I'm right - I'm saying I believe I'm right. I've researched all the questions I've had, found what I believe the be the answers, and I'm following them.

I could be wrong, I'm only human - but if I'm wrong, I'm going to be wrong by my own doing - not by society's, not some Mullah's - by my own.

exactly the sooner people realize that the better -  the thing is islam means submission and that is on an individual level and people all people have a different perception of it when they read the qu'ran - no one should judge another for praying a certain way or believeing a certain thing

Knowledge is unlimited, so continue your search and don't stop on a favorable point. Im still learning a lot almost every single day.

Now, you don't have to go on the extreme of both spectrum. You don't follow people claiming direct order from God after the prophet ,i.e like Mullahs, and neither you  have to restrict yourself only to the Quran because again Quran didn't come to us shipped via Fed-Ex, it came with the messenger who had a role to explain that message and he himself is instructed, guided, and inspired by God as it is descriped in the Quran itself.  Even those Muftis or Mullahs, you should not take anything from them, always ask them, what is your proof from Quran and the Prophet's instructions? Proof Proof Proof!

Anyhow, that is a subject that is away from this thread's main topic and we have already discussed in the other thread of "gender jihad". Sorry for any redundancy.

There are two groups of people, if these two groups are good then the people will be good & if these two groups become corrupted & bad then the people will become corrupted & bad

That is the Ulemaa, the scholars and the rulers

We witnessed the scholars and the rules of the past

compare to the scholars and the rulers of today

rulers have the money and the power to pollute the UMMAH

But, the scholars got the knowledge, responsibility and the trust of the UMMAH

So, This goes out to all the scholars of today who try to manipulate the Deen of Allah

and a wake up call to all of those Muslims who rely blindly on the words of the scholars

instead of what Allah has commanded

To those who look up to the scholars like the priests and quote their fake fatwahs

just because of their position that they got from the rulers

WOE TO THOSE SCHOLARS WHO GET PAID TO MISGUIDE OUR UMMAH

 

Fake Scholars and False leaders

Claiming therere our Healers

Insulting our Intelligence

In so called Islamic Methods

Lairs!!!!

Muslim Scholars for hire

Telling us

We need American Islam

Dividing the Ummah into sections

looking for the answer in congress

Muslims voting in elections

Crooked scholars

Working for the system

Selling our land to kufar buyers

Shifting our path like a rolling tire

Action based on desire

Misguiding our Ummah

Be prepare to be surrounded by Allahs hellfire

You tell me about your PHD in every Islamic degree
