Imperator, comparing anything is subjective.
But that doesn't prohibit people from doing so.
The problem with comparing the Temple of Artemis with the Parthenon, is
that far less is known about the Temple, and also that it was rebuilt
several times.
They were both similar in size, and both carved out of marble.
But two of the main things that made the Parthenon so special was that :-
1) it had 2 freizes running around the 4 sides ( above the columns ) of the
building, the lower 3cm thick, and the higher 6cm thick.
2) intricate sculptures in the pediments at both gable ends.
