I highly doubt you can critically evaluate my knowledge base from a single sentance which you have not factually debunked in any way but to deny.

Tobodai, I didn't evaluate your knowledge base. I just wrote that your sentence ("Timurs Persia was just a vacuum of death.") was completely and undoubtedly wrong.
It was certainly more a "vacuum of deaths" after the massacres of gengis khan. Moslem historians (like Seify or Djuvaini) estimated massacres of gengis khan: Merv 700 000 dead at least, Herat 1 600 000!
Gengis Khan was worse because he wanted to destroy the agricultural and urban life. On the contrary, Timur wanted to improve the economy.
The geographe Yaqut or the traveller Ibn Battuta have described the situation of Iran after gengis khan: disastrous...
Many specialized historians (like J.P. Roux) think that on the contrary, Timur improved the situation of Iran.
During the reign of Timur, there were many cities of more than 100 000 inhabitants and all these cities paid taxes to Timur regularly.

And he still destroyed many towns and killed thousands. He cared more about the lands that he directly ruled, he devastated lands that he conquered temporarily (or to secure his own position before going to a campaign, like what he did in Syria, Turkey and India).

Absolutly not. Gengis khan yes, because he wanted to eliminate the urban life. On the contrary, Timur, wanted to improve the urban life and the economy in order to tax the cities regularly.
No city was destroyed. It's a myth.
If not the cities would not have rebelled after its passage. If not the cities would not have paid tax regularly after its passage. If not, today, there would be no monuments built before his reign in these cities.

If Timur had destroyed these towns, people would not have rebelled later, and people would not have paid taxes regularly (a town had to win money for pay taxes regularly, therefore it was not destroyed). Moreover, there are many monuments built before his reign. Therefore, these towns have been attacked but not destroyed completely.

You are right, he really destroyed lots of villages and forced lots of tribes to leave their cities. because of all this pressure of Timur, lots of Turkmens, Uzbeks and other Turkic tribes had to immigrate to Anatolia and Iran.
But on the other hadn, he helped the Anatolian Bey's to regain their power against Ottoman Empire, and Anatolian Turkmens were on their side, so my feelings about him are too complicated...

Muhammed is a prophet not a ruler. This two is different thing.
And Ali,Even All muslims love Ali, But I dont think we can called him as a Ruler.
Because He didnt have chance to rule much.
