Oh, well, at least one is sure: Gothic 3 is playable with many not-so-new video cards (with Pixel Shader 3.0) and processors, but the problem is with the size of the RAM...

Yesterday i was happy man with 1gb ram.But she go away and now i am alone with only 512mb ram. What a disaster.Although that sad fact i tried the game and it ran more than slowly.About 8-10 FPS.Hmmmm.I am going to play Neverwinter Nights 2.At least it runs well.

Аctually my VGA is Geforce 6800LE,but i managed to unlock all of the pixel pipes.(from 8x1pp/4vp to 16x1pp/4vp)and that make my vga faster than the original Geforce 6800.Now i'm ordering Gothic 3 from linkos stores and soon i will test the game.

A friend of mine have Geforce 6600SE(on AGP8x), 768MB DDR 333MHz and CPU AMD Thoroughbred 2200+. He show me Gothic 3 for first time, and the game was playable, but not good(2-8 FPS), the loading was very slow - and the wild boars - very deadly... And so - i like your choice of VGA, and i will wait for your comments about Geforce6800 vs Gothic 3

I absolutely agree. There are just lots of names of NPC and places in Morrowind, lots of info for memorization. Oh i have no patience to launch Oblivion! I hope that this will happen soon...

Morrowind was too complicated and required too much time.
Oblivion is much more fun and perhaps a little less realistic because of the compass, fast travel, characters who don't die etc.

Well, in principle, i am(i was) a massive fan of TES3: Morrowind. And when i have problems with some quests, i search with Google for walkthroughs.

I have on DVD too.First i couldnt play it because my video card GeForce Ti4200 doesnt support Pixel Shaders 2.0(only 1.3).After that i found a special patch that is called OLDBLIVION that make the game to run with video cards that support only pixel shaders 1.3.And it ES4 really started and i played it about 30 hours. And in one of the quests i have to give a quest item but the other person didnt accept it.I try everything but he behave as i didnt have that item.I remember that the item was Azura eye.
