I'm not sure if this one has been done already but it's a question I'm pretty interested in. What happens if Elizabeth remains alive and keeps Russia in the Seven Years War? Would she eliminate Prussia from the map? Would German unification happen under Austrian leadership instead? or not at all? How would the balance of power shift in Europe?
