Nothing specific, but there's always Rome Total War, Empire Earth 2, and the upcoming Age of Empires 3 to sate your Alexander lust.

Just looked up some sites, looks like they will be centering around the discovery of the New World. So unfortunately, there are no Greeks.

I think I have seen mods to the TW series games that included the ancient Greek era (like the Dorians, Ionians etc...)

There is the new game Rise and Fall: civlilzations at War.  You can play as the Romans, Greeks, Egyptians, and I think some others.  Sounds like a good game but isn't out yet.

I have heard of Spartan Total Warrior coming out from Sega and in Civilization III and the new Civilization IV will have the Greeks.

most historical strategy games have greece in them, so you should get lucky if you pick any random.

How about Ancient Wars Sparta? There is also Titan Quest which is set in ancient Greece but it's role playing.
