On reviewing this case I believe there is sufficient evidence for a temporary suspension. So I suspend Mountain Man for one week.

There is more than enough to suspend him, but that's what he wants. He needs that in order to prove his ridiculous claims.
So I've reinstated him, if for no other reason than I want him to be able to see my reply to him.
