Is it possible that the Russian Revolution could have been avoided ? Maybe the Tsar could have done a better job ruling ?

Anybody can do a better job. But that's presuming their willing and or their cultural and social development dictates it; coupled with a willingness. The Tsar's did not. In a vast number of qualifiers.

He could have, but it would not have changed the conditions under which the serfs lived and died.

The bigger issue would be whether or not WWI could have been avoided, which slaughtered millions of peasant conscripts for nothing and created intense feelings against the monarchy.

My feeling is that the war could not have been avoided. Politics would not have changed, nor would have various treaty obligations and national fears over the military goals of other nations.

At best, the Revolution might have been delayed a few years, but I doubt it. Neither the Czar nor the aristocracy were at all interested in the welfare of the peasants.

Nicholas II was known to be largely unprepared to be tsar. He gained the throne after the unexpected illness and death of Alexander III. Maybe had he carried on in Alexander II footsteps with the reforms he was making there was that possibility, however a large majority of issues Russia was dealing with were unattended by the Tsar.
There was definately room for improvement in the question of his rule however the events around russia were tough to deal with. Communism/Socialism was not only growing in Russia but Poland and Germany too. The world war definately didn't help.

world war could be avoided,in fact if ANYONE but Whilhelm II could role Germany,to prove my words another crises over Bulgaria was happening in Bismark's reign and riechstag voted to intervere but Bismark just went to Riechstag and simply said that "Bulgaria is a nation which has nothing to do with The German Empire and not important enough to make German go to a war wich can ruin the country"

if it wasn't for whilhem's actions WWI could maybe be avoided.

No wars could stop Or at least delay the revolution for at least 20 years
