Following a commendation of the medical commision of the FIFA, the secretary-general Sepp Blatter announced that there were hold no longer official fifa matches at locaions above a sea-level of 2500 m.
Places like La Paz (Bolivia), Quito (Ecuador) and of course Timphu (Bhutan) are concerned.
This is obviously another try to secure that the mollycoddles of brazil will be the world champions for the next hundred years.
The next step will be, that they will interdict matches by temperatures of less than 0°C or heavy rain, only to stop the Icelandiv team. -------------
