| Hello, need help with these questions? Should US Government policy favor certain kinds of immigrants? Also Should Citizenship preference be give to needy applicants. And Also should Applicants from certain countries be give priority. Thanks for your help. |

Q1: Yes, Q2: no citizenship should be given based on qualification fo citizenship but entry visas may be something where the needy receive some priority, Q3: and yes in some circumstances. This is actually current affairs policy help, not history help. ------------- |
