It can be a little complex for the layman, whose familiarity with terminology is limited...but it's worthy reading and years later reinforces what I have known for a long time...age old principals of warfare remain keys in the developement of any strategies in any environment political or other....especially when invariably, national political agendas are oft times tied to military operations. 
 
From one of the best defense journals in the world....Enjoy it.
