We can see some of Polish formations from different centuries (from 1:02 formations of late XVIth / XVIIth - XVIIIth centuries start).

From 1:02 as follows: Polish Pikemen called "Tenth-men" - maximum 10% of Polish Infantry, Polish Musketers (Hungarian-Polish type Infantry), Heavy Winged Hussaria with spare lances, Scythemen peasant Infantry (late XVIIIth century), Infantry of the Duchy of Warsaw (or late XVIIIth century Infantry - i'm not shure), in 1:55 - National Cavalry (probably) - light cavalry of late XVIIIth century; 2:01 - "Szwoleżerowie" (Napoleonic wars, Battle of Somosierra).

Yes, it was the duchy of Warsaw. Krakow belong to Austria at this time.
