Ditto! Rome total war disgusted me - when you market a game as a historical one, you expect the writers to have more knowledge of that period than a 3 year old

Im not too fond of the Alexander expansion, but i do agree that the Barbarian Invasion is very fun.

RTW should be the best, even it is not historically so accurate (it doesn't matter, really). Barbarian Invasion is a real fun, ruling over hordes and sacking all those cities. Clown

I liked Civ and Caesar series...

True, historical accuracy doesnt really matter in a game, what really matters is how fun the game is. Also, it is impossible for a game to be completely accurate anyway.

RTW was a real fun. However, Medieval II - Total War is a true upgrade (this is off-topic, I know Smile). Maybe they could make another RTW using this upgraded engine...
