why is it possible  ,that  someone , for example a member of the staff , can post  very busy  , while usual mortal members can't see him at list of active members ?

No great secret.
When you log in to AE, you can choose not to be added to the active users list. That's why your name doesn't appear in this case.

It's not any stupid question... you didn't know the answer, so it's a perfectly valid question, even if it was relatively easy to answer for Komnenos. You can hardly learn without asking.
