Norwich is a big place. This is just a small glimpse if you stand in front of the City Hall

I hate the term of "my city(Turkish memleket)" because it is difficult to say for me which is my city. Domestic migration is very common in Turkey. More than 1/7% people live in İstanbul but many of them have got different city origin.

City?? Where I live the total population of the place is less than 5,000. It's old(ish). It was granted a charter of Barony in 1457ce.

In my perspective, the term of "my city" is different than the city where I am living in. It is about Turkey local dynamics. My is very strong word the city where I am living in, İstanbul main square: Taksim historical main square: Sultanahmet The city where I was born, Balıkesir

This is Victoria Square in front of the magnificent 1873 town hall in my native town of Bolton. For those who don't know, Bolton is near Manchester and is one of Britain's largest towns (it's slightly larger than the Republic of Ireland's second city, Cork) and its football team, Bolton Wanderers, has been in English football's top division more times than any other team that has never won it (73 times, to be precise). So Bolton Wanderers are the worst of the rest. This is a fairly old photo, though. Those fountains were taken away in the 1990s, but in hot weather the kids, including me, used to play in them.
