Does anyone know this game?

It has a nice editor. I replaced 3 small teams with 3 All Empires teams (one European, one North American and one for users from the rest of the world):

Colchis and Mosquito leading on the 2nd climb of a mountain stage (also note the name written on the road ).

Unfortunately it was no AE'er who won this stage, but the Spaniard Iban Mayo. Alejandro Valverde became second. The first AE'er was Jalisco Lancer, who finished 3rd. Other AE'ers in the top-25 were me (6th), Cywr (7th), Dari (10th), Janus Rook (13th) and TJK (18th).

Eye, Roughneck and Catt take a closer look at the road.

(this fall made the peloton split up in two groups. The first group contained 15 riders, including Cornellia, Tobodai and Warhead. At the end only 3 riders were left in the first group, Warhead won)
