I still don't like the new format. I believe the top 6 should have been in.

Which is why I'm pissed over TCU. FOIKING COMMITTEE WAS OBVIOUSLY BIASED.

But ntl..... it's Oregon vs Ohio State.

GO DUCKS.

I watched the Oregon-FSU game last nite.  I've been an FSU fan for years. Our son in law was a Fla. State trooper and was assigned to Bobby Bowdens security team.  I got to meet Bowden several times.  Fisher is an excellent coach, but he's no Bobby Bowden.
After 29 straight wins, the magic just wasn't there.  Oregon 62, FSU 27

As fine a team as Ohio St. is, I don't think they are on the same level as Oregon.

Ducks 42, Ohio State 20.

Don't know why the NCAA chose to structure the championship as they did, and not use the time tested playoff system used in Basketball.  There were several teams snubbed, that, in my mind, should have been there.
