Nothing so far. But you can no longer view a settlement from a battle map. That took that out. Kind of a bummer.
There have been a few crashes for some but nothing major. You can check out all the problems in this topic.

No problems for me after a few days.
So far the mod is just a masterpiece, started a campaign right off as the Republic and wasnt split into different families. Playing on the hardest levels and conquering Italy is a campaign in itself.
Looking foward to see how the latin pack turns out that they are releasing in a few.
This game editor is great if you havent used it. You can change the main settings during a current campaign!

Yeah its the best one yet!
have you noticed how the Rebel bands are harder to defeat now (pesky
rebs),i took Italia then made a couple of forts across the north to
stop the Gauls trying it on,whilst i concentrate on wiping out the
Greeks. hehehehe Love this game.

I donwloaded the Total Realism mod, with a 36k connection. I would
advise anyone with a slow dial up connection to get Flashget, or any
other download manager. Anyways, its a very good mod. It adds more
mercenaries, and makes the game generally better. I like the addition
of the Bactrians and the bigger map.

Yes, press alt for all alternate attacks. Only a few bugs I have
noticed are that Sarmatians' General Bodyguard have only bows but do
not fight in melee and that foot nobles get these 16 foot spears which
is just insane.

ok thanks i managed to handle that even though the cataphracts have
been severely slowed down and their charge its not even that powerful
anymore. What about the historical battles... they don't work in this
mod??

As far as I know, there is only Magnesia in the mod. I heard from the
rometotalrealism IRC that 6.1 will be coming out within the next 3-4
weeks at the lastest. If you want a charge, go with the Sarmatians,
their Noble Archers get a 30 charge bonus. The cataphracts deserve to
be slowed down, they have so much armor. They are still very effective.
If you want a good all around faction, go with the Seleucids, they get
Argema, a kind of cataphract unit, and some good phalanx units.

K, just reinstalled RTW
Can anyone point me to one of those 'unlock all faction' mods that works with the latest patch (1.2) and Total Realism?

They're unlocked. Be sure and change the "first_time_play" to true in the prefernces.txt.

Allso,if you plan on playing as Rome theres a bug when you get to 50
cities, you have to install the patch they released or it just crashes
to desktop.Bloody annoying because you have to start again!
I would add a link to the patch but for some reason it wont let me cut and paste
