I remember seeing a seen of this on Creature Features as a little boy. It was a slow motion clip of him running down a hallway.....terrified me for a long time.

Mayhem meets crime fighting with hilarious consequences. 5 out of 5 from me.

Just seeing this film reminded me I always laugh my face off when I see it(not literally for those unfamiliar with the expression. I'm meaning I laugh a real lot when watching it, a real lot) LOL
