I have been looking for days now on some kind of book or article on
Ashurnasirpal II's inscriptions where he describers, in detail, his punishment to the rebels.http://cojs.org/cojswiki/Grisly_Assyrian_Record_of_Torture_and_Death,_Erika_Bleibtreu,_BAR_17:01,_Jan/Feb_1991.
That is the only article I have found with actual footnotes, but the book cited, by Albert Kirk Grayson,
Assyrian Royal Inscriptions, Part 2: From Tiglath-pileser I to Ashur-nasir-apli II is extremely hard to find, and the very, VERY few that I did find, we're on the 150-dollar ranger.
I am also looking for these very same inscription in the cuneiform writing system. I know this will probably be extremely hard to find, but I am in high hopes that someone in this forum will know where I can find these.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
