Archeologist says Central Asia was cradle of ancient Persian Religion

I think the interesting is that it shows Zoroastrianism has more than 4,000 years old!

Based on some theories I have seen Zoroastranism did not start with Zoroaster, but he revolutionized the religion. He added  monotheism and many of the concepts now common in many of the today's western religions. They had Zoroastranism at about 7000 year old. Initially practiced by the Aryan nomads

I have been greatly interested in this Central Asian civilization since I first heard of its discovery in 2001.  For one thing, I have wondered if these were the folks who mined lapis lazuli and bartered it with traders from Mesopotamia and Egypt--to the ancients the only known source of that stone was in Afghanistan.  Regarding the Zoroastrian symbols, is it possible these were ancestors of the Medes, and then around 1500 B.C. they moved to Azerbaijan and northern Iran, where we see the Medes later on?

the form you are speaking about that was practiced by the aryan nomads was brought to central asia from the north (primarliy Europe) where the offical migration back home had begun. after several settlements in central asia the religious group stayed as a minority as the primary aryans left to iran and once again split up into 2 groups aryan(of ethnic iranian stock) and indo -aryans a team of dravids who had followed the aryans out of asia 8000bc when the lakes in iran dried up. when they split at mashad they promised to practice a fom of aryan nomadic religion with combined elemtns to modern zorastrianism . this led to the veda era which does not have a strong iranin spiort but a prominent indian one.
