Yes, I picked up 4 points today.
Oh, Turkey made my day.
If it wasn't for Quaresma's last minute goal, I would have picked up all 6.
I thought Turkey were gonna let me down given that they didn't have a shot in first half.
I didn't mean to bet against Swiss but Frei's injury was too big to overcome. Hey, isn't Yakin also a Turkish name?

exactly, all three goals were by a Turk...fortunately i'm still in the lead, but even if Quaresma hadn't made that one goal...almost everyone guessed 2:1 Portugal cool Turks, i knew they would make it, Volkan was just awesome.

I seriously underestimated Portugal, and I'm gonna pay for this. I predicted that the Czechs would go to semi-finals, while the Portugese not! Well, now I can't correct it

Hey, it's still not too late to get off the Czech train and get on the Portugese train. You know you can change your picks for the remaining games, right? Although, Czechs aren't out yet. Oh my god, I can't wait for that Czech vs Turkey game. I will bet on Turkey but I know Czechs have one more swing left in them. Their defense is still descent. You can't judge that defense because they allowed 3 goals to Portugal. Deco's first goal was rather a chaotic blunder and last goal was a counter attack while everyone was pushed up to get a tying goal in the last minute. And Baros actually looked better than I expected. I think against Turkey they need both Baros and Koller playing long minutes. Like I said Iwill bet on Turkey but I'm not comfortable about it. It will be a good game I think.

Oh yeah, that's right, the second day bonus question. Oh well, Czech aren't out yet though. They can beat Turkey, though I'm gonna bet on Turkey.

The standings get switched around often enough with only one regular fixture at the top. Aside from Temujin at number one, Croatia has elevated Northman and Vulkan02 to second place alongside Styrbiorn. Look out guys I'll get ya in the second round!

I wouldn't be surprised if you win Seko. You know how NCAA basketball or Superbowl office pool is won by the secretaries or the UPS guys? I'm not comparing you to them but you do position yourself as the outsider of the football world, and often being the outsider gives you the none biased advantage. Temujin will be pretty hard to beat though.

if Germany has another game liek that, you don't have to worry about this! i will miss some bonus points as well ebcause of this. topscorers so far are ironcially enough Germany (Podolski) and Spain (Villa), yet i was naive enough to choose Portugal (Ronaldo).

What? That top scorer question was which team the top scorer will come from, not which team will score most goals collectively? I picked Germany. Which is OK, but not how I understood the question.

I won't be there for long Seko, from the way things are going now my horrible picks for the semi's will sink me in as fast as i jumped up. Should have studied who plays who in the quarters

Yeah, I picked both Germany and Portugal in Semi. I guess I gotta be wrong on one of them. Hopely many of you did the same thing.

that sucks, you have to predict results includign possible penalties, makes such close matches impossible to predict...
