I'm having some technical issues with medieval total war 1.

The game closes randomly.

I am running a Pentium 4 3.4 ghz, 1gig RAM, 240gig hard drive, and a 128 megabyte Nividia PXC 5300 video card, on a windows 2000 service pack 2.

there are 3 ways to solve this
1. reinstall mtw
2. if reinstalling mtw doesn't help - reinstall everything which could be related with playing mtw - video and audio drivers, directx etc.
3. format your hard drive

Installing the latest patch might help as well.
