Just have a question. I am currently playing diplomacy. The meeting date is every Tuesday and Thursday. Am I allowed to misinform some players that the schedule has been changed? If they dont show up, there nation will be in anarchy and hence, I will be able to take advantage of this. I fear that judge might interfere with this, but his role is to interpret diplomacy rules not the rules of morality.
Do you think it will work? What are the good justifications for this? The judge gave us rulebook, but it doesnt say anything about cheating. It only talks about movement rules.
1- It is immoral and even more you will be the hated target guy.The rest of the guys may gang up against you.
2- If they choose to believe you, it would be a NMR(no moves received) and that would decrease the reality of the game.
3- But they wouldn't be probably believing you,rather believing what the judge says and I assume they already would send preliminary moves to the judge.
Not a nice and logical attempt...
We gave up your happiness
Your hope would be enough;
we couldn't find neither;
we made up sorrows for ourselves;
we couldn't be consoled;
