How many of us actually spent their money to fund the UN to send grains to feed African people. Out of that money, how much money goes to support the UN workers instead of buying more food for Africans? And all the grains sent to Africa, are they really helping the Africans? Yes, they are fed. But does not help really? Imagine eating bread or rice for your entire life. Africans still suffer lack of nutrients, and they die due to diseases that can be so easily avoided by eating nutrious food. And why can't we send them? Because sending nutrients would make the food donation so expensive. You have to store them in reasonable condition, so that they don't rot... and maybe because world is not ready for Africa' recovery?
And these African children smile with foreign workers... it makes me sick.
