Hmmh. I've been trying to find a good program for splitting video (more precisely, .avi) files. I've tried out a good number of them by now but all have some troubles... which one would you suggest?

The problems I've encountered this far is:
a) audio track moves ahead of the video one in the splitted files - original file hasn't got this.
b) splitter refuses to open the video file before some recompression (which nearly crashed my computer.... it wanted to do a 130 MB file into a 1 GB or more sized one...)
c) the beginning of the splitted clip moves backwards to a wrong place

Well dear when it comes to Audio and Video edition softwares, I haven't found anything better than the softwares of River Past Corp.

 That page mentions I can't edit out a video longer than 2 minutes...?
