Forexample in Steppe central asia part someone that is not even a Turk posted a topic although he doesnt know anything just lies. Those make other visiters have wrong informations!! Please fix that , i think the best way is opening topic wherever anyone belongs .

There is, with some minor exceptions, no restrictions on where a person may post. Nor is there a requirement that a person be of a specific ethnic-geo-or for even that matter; an informed or well educated or knowledgeable individual, reference the subject matter.

If that were true we would not have open discussion.

Wrong information is refutable...and is done so thru open discussion.

The only thing that should concern anyone is that they comply in that discussion with the code of conduct.

Discussion or elucidating forum? If the forum is for discussion , it doesnt mean that it is for slander. Your words may sound good to others but they are not indeed because history of a people is not a game to say random things about. There are some rules and methods to discuss anything , if somebody is not sure and just wonders and thinks like "it may be ...." etc he or she must ask somebodies informed that belong to the part before claiming. Moreover as far as i see there is not a sufficient number of Turk users here to show the facts that are against the lies. And many people use google to get historical informations so they can see such claims and they may accept any lies as reals.

Your concerns are noted.

In the end, however, the administration and moderators staff determine violations of the CoC.

And that includes trolling.. spamming.. personal attacks..ultra nationalism..flamming and or slanderous comments...

You do not.

The operation of this forum and the ability to choose where and by whom ie. any and all to post in a sub forum.. likewise.

And as noted whether they are knowledgeable or not.

Random or opinion comments are a constant in the forming world.. that when properly discussed, and monitored.. and that includes respectful refutation or counter opinions... do indeed lead to a more educated forum base.

This does not require your approval.

And lastly had you read the CoC... you would have found that this particular sub was not the prescribed place in which to address any concerns reference perceived objectionable commenting in specific or in general.

""IV. Complaints against specific forum members

Reports of misconduct must be directed to a forum administrator or a moderator active in the forum section of the alleged misconduct in Private Messaging(PM). Please provide specific information, links, and/or quotations to ensure a fast response. The staff will respond, after determining the extent of the misconduct. The staff is not obligated to take any action against a forum user purely for the sake of personal preference by another.""

* the above clearly indicates you were to have referred objections and complaints using PM.

You did not.

If you can not accept this or abide by the established CoC and or accept the authority of the Administration and Moderation staffs competence and integrity in management of the forum....

As no further clarification or challenge to the afore mentioned is necessary. Period.
