Wel ole dog as you might discern I am delighted to see you amongst the fray.
 For those of you who don't know him...and I do....there is a very keen and well educated intellect behind that display of bonhomie Colorado cheerfulness... and that's real as well. He is an old, old friend and fellow trotter of the boards and like my old friend Red more then willing to not only share his experience and knowledge but objectively opine. More importantly, like Red, he is more then willing to tell me to shut up and move on as necessary.... That, for you younger folks, is very rare and what makes old men wise. And is the foundation of true friendship. |

Hello guys and gals. New to this forum. Already posted in the Military History section which is my favorite topic for discussion. American history is also up there with military history among my interest but I really like anything that appears interesting. I hope to contribute some but I'm really more interested in learning and just shooting the breeze as if on a rocking chair in the porch, sipping a cold glass of lemonade. If I get out of line from too much juice just tell me to shut up
