I believe we should gradually replace Arabized words with more Iranian words.

AND LET'S START WITH FARSI It is PARSI but arabs could not pronounce peh, so they changed it to Farsi.

Also does anyone know an alternative to the Arabic Salam for saying hello.

Using either Farsi or Parsi would be wrong, it's Persian. When writting/speaking English it should be "Persian", otherwise it'd be like: I love Deutsch!

what about bringing back Pahlavi script? but if we do then we lose soo much with Hafez etc.... Persians is good, They created Iran so lets honour them..... Gorbonnet beram elahi Iran  Man I love that country and all Iranians except the Ayatollah's

It is actually Parsi (which is Iranian for Persian) see.

Pars is the real word yes but I prefer Persian because it brings a more positive reaction from Westernrs
